If you need help but are unable to bring your computer into us we may be able to provide remote support. To set up a remote support session with one of our dedicated support technicians you will need to follow the instructions below. We provide a professional IT support service for only £18 for per every 15 minutes.
Using our remote support software we can take control of your computer as if we are actually there and can resolve most software issues, problems with emails, printers, software configuration, and even some basic networking.
Home Customers
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer remote support to home customers at this time. You are still able to bring your devices into our Wisbech branch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
Alternatively, we do offer in-branch 1-1 support with one of our technicians by appointment. This service costs the same as remote support. If you wish to book an appointment, please call 01945 464964 and we will book the most convenient time for both parties.

How to Book a Remote Session:
1. Call us on 01945 464964 and book your remote support session.
3. Await a Technician to call you back.
4. Run Tamar support software.
5. Provide your assigned technician with the ID and password shown on the support software.
